SOFTBALL

Softball is played year round offering Summer and Winter teams. It is a great sport that uses an 11-12inch ball and is pitched under arm to the batter. But don't let the underarm pitch fool you, the world record fastest softball pitch was thrown at 125.9 kmph.

At RDS we have several women's teams that play over a range of grades to cater to all skill levels and we also have an U13s mixed softball team for the juniors.
